About Us
Founded in 1992, Airconditioning and Electrical Services is a highly recommended mechanical and electrical services provider. Since being established nearly 30 years ago, our experience has grown but our values haven’t changed.
We pride ourselves on our professional and friendly approach and our commitment to providing top quality work that meets our clients’ budgets.
Having majority of repeat clients is a testament to our quality of work, communication and working with others throughout the duration of our projects.
We specialise in all aspects of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and electrical work. We can provide you with your ideal tailored solution whether it be advice, design, installation, commissioning, breakdown servicing or a preventable maintenance program.
We have state-wide capability, however the majority of our projects are in the Melbourne CBD and Eastern/Outer Eastern Suburbs.

We endeavour to achieve 100% injury free workplaces.
In order to achieve this, we:
Have an established and well documented Safety Management Plan
Manage all personnel to ensure compliance with all relevant safety laws, regulations, guidelines and codes of practice
Provide the necessary training, equipment and resources so that all work can be completed efficiently and safely
Complete Risk Assessments, hazard identification and SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements) wherever applicable
Encourage staff to participate in First Aid courses on a regular basis

AES is committed to operating with highly trained staff who hold all relevant licences and registrations required for the full range of services we provide.
As a minimum, all of our staff have completed:
Police Checks
White Card training
Our trade qualified staff have completed a Cert III in their relevant field and are happy to produce their licence card on request.

Environment
AES is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and providing advice wherever possible to help our clients to do the same.
Our first recommendation is to keep mechanical HVAC equipment regularly serviced; if this equipment is not well maintained, it can reduce its effectiveness by nearly 100%!
To date, AES have implemented the following procedures:
Free degassing of all of our clients’ old equipment. This is carried out from our factory before being sent to scrap metal
Separation of general waste from recyclable waste with dedicated bins for each
Separation of e-waste from general waste with dedicated bins for batteries, globes, etc.
Developed an Environmental Management Plan which is reviewed regularly
TAKE2 is the Victorian Government’s collective climate change initiative. It supports Victorian individuals, business, government, educational and community organisations to take meaningful action to reduce climate change. We are very pleased to be part of TAKE2.
